We taped this show at the Paris Blues Society End of Summer Blues Bash and it took a few weeks to get all the other footage edited so I could get to this show. I can't say how much this show means to all of us at TMS. Getting an opportunity to meet a legend doesn't happen often, and working with one even less. Having Roosevelt on our show was an honor for us, and I only wish I could have brought more of his incredibly gracious personality out on the show.
If you're lucky enough to be able to make one of his rare appearances - do it! Blues don't get any more real than Roosevelt Twitty and the 4Real Blues Band.
